Please remember to send in your monthly reports of the hours you have worked with your students. Entering this information in our database enables us to better report to our funders.
Copies of the Monthly Group Reporting Form and the Tutor-Student Monthly Reporting Form (one student-one tutor) are available. Please mail, fax or e-mail the first week of each month.

Monthly In-Service Training for Tutors.
Many tutors appreciate ongoing education about how to be the best tutor and LVLC offers this training at the monthly tutor meetings. It’s an opportunity to learn new techniques and approaches, and to have your questions answered. The meetings are facilitated by one of our tutors, Pat Hunter, who is an experienced educator.
The monthly tutor meetings are held the first Saturday of every month, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. It is not necessary to sign up ahead of time—just show up if you are interested and your schedule allows.
